When you decide that you need someone who can take on the lion’s share of the workload and still make the wedding a reflection of you and your partner, then this is the for you! It can be difficult to fathom where in the world you are going to find the time to plan an entire wedding - enter our planning team! With client/planner/ vendor meetings, transportation arrangement assistance, venue research + selection and much more, we are guiding you every step of the way as your wedding begins to take on a life of its own. With plenty of communication, excellent attention to numerous details and a friendly guiding hand of support, this planning option is the full shebang!
partial planning
Our most popular planning option is designed for couples who want to do most of the work on their own, but also know that there is much value in having a professional wedding planner as an ally. This service provides you with the most essential of planning help, while also allowing you to direct the planning process as you please. If you have some general ideas about the event design but need some help bringing them to fruition, this could be a great fit for you. We’ll also arrange a few vendor meetings to help you find the best fit for your big day. This option comes with everything you get in the month-of coordination but includes a little bit more assistance when it comes to the pre-planning portion of the event. Let our team flaunt their expertise to make your vision a reality.
month of
This option is perfect choice for a bride (+ groom) who enjoys the all of the research and planning that goes into a wedding. On the other hand, we know that even the most decisive of couples can use a little assistance from a professional wedding planner. It can’t hurt to have someone on your side who’s done this plenty of times before. Our team will jump on board about a month prior to your event to hammer out all the day of logistics. We will coordinate + confirm all your vendors already in place, manage your timeline + execute your vision for your wedding day, allowing you the peace of mind to enjoy your big day.
